Binance is warning against US-based user !

 While reading  different crypto news in online i see the news about   Binance exchange where Binance authorities said that  they have been  sent email to US located user to leave binance exchange site..   Also they added that if not US user withdrawal their funds from binance to another exchange then their account will be locked without any right to appeal..   In this case Binance once again warned to US user  by sent e-mail like this but the time was long around 90 days..   Binance going to do this because they claimed that some user of US dont follow their terms and so on..       

 

I exactly dont know yet why Binance exchange dont want US user like this..  By the way, what do you think about this news??  Will the popularity of Binance decrease for this??

No exchange site wants to reduce their users.  Because the more users they have, the more they will benefit.  However, in my opinion, if American users violate the rules of the binance platform, they can cause a lot of problems on that platform due to non-compliance with the rules of binance.  So they have been banned.  So I would say that American users have been banned for disobeying binance

Are you sure that even users from different countries then USA will have problems when they withdraw

from binance i thought you was talking only about US users ?

However i already heard that US users can't use binance exchange anymore binance asked them

to withdraw their money a long time ago im not sure if that's because of US regulations or binance rules

I have already heard and encountered with many website exchange where they have restricted the USA citizen form part of their platform. I think the problem not comes from the website exchange, it is about the USA regulation.

But about what you say here Dear friend,@Dorjoy12 I don't understand how they detect if a user withdraw to another website exchange! They can track the transaction?....

Basically the exchange sites don't want to lose their users but if the binance platform is taking this step there should be a solid reason behind it but overall it is a very bad news for the users of the US and as they are claiming that the US users are not following the terms and condition and rules of the platform so if they give them a chance so they should avail the chance and do not do this kind of mistakes again.

Binance's popularity will not decrease because of this decision, because this has been around for a long time and not now. Binance bans US users in many states and accepts only some states, and it bans many other countries and despite all that, the popularity of Binance is still very large.
But I think if they added more countries to the ban, it would definitely affect Binance's popularity significantly because it would lose a lot of users.

Binance has prevented US users from accessing the exchange, but in reality they can still work on the platform and investors just need to click "I am not American" to create an account on Binance.com. But after a while, a special platform was created for Americans in the name of American Binance, and I think you no longer have to deal with the public platform.

 @tienda if you ever made any yobitcode in yobit exchange site then you know that yobit sent us a email to confirm the yobitcode  and below the email you can see your location plus ip address..   This is how Binance authorities able to detect their any user location..  Again whenever you request a withdrawal from any exchange then the exchange authorities first approve that then transactions occurred friend and this is the way too how they can detect US user

I think that warning by exchange might not be given because that person was US based. In my opinion he would have made other violation that's why he was given warning.

May be binance face some hard time from U. S government and they want to lose those users because U. S stand against Crypto is not friendly. And the new president policies can be not in favour of crypto their for the world biggest exchange make publicly announcement for those users. The popularity will not fall down an d the time period is 90 days. May be they cancel this and find some good reason to walk with them. But cannot  be clear because they find hard to walk with them don't want them any more.

The real problem is that platforms such as Coinbase, being of American origin, may create a monopoly around cryptocurrencies that are handled within that country, and we all know that monopolies only bring bad conditions for their users

I believe that Binance is being very transparent because it has sent you emails warning you to remove your Cryptocurrencies from the exchange and has given you 90 days to do so. I think that the problem of not accepting people from the United States I think is due to the regulations that the USA with exchanges and Cryptocurrencies

The news is already circulating on the internet especially on social networks, that there are several exchanges of websites where they have prohibited US citizens from being part of their platform. This is mainly due to US regulation, which has very upsetting users who work with cryptocurrencies.

They (Binance) can't be blamed on this. Everything this restriction is all about will and should be blamed on US and its sanctions. It is not great for US traders (not having access to no 1 crypto exchange) but it can't be helped. It is good an ultimatum was given and announced beforehand.

If this news is true, then Binance can track transactions for American users, and there is no need to send a warning to American users. In my opinion, breaching the site's rules and regulations by the American user then the ban should be applied.

@Raqeebzy Binance authorities has nothing to do about it friend because in 2019  US user didnt follow up the term of conditions made by Binance exchange site..  Which lead US user face this kind of problem   as they cant access now binance so its necessary for them to find new good exchange site..

I have been using both platform but Binance looks good to me where coinbase sometime make problem last month it how's down twice when BTC hit high price. The binance  ban over U. S citizen gonna increase coinbase popularity in U. S and now Coinbase can easily hand over their people data to government. As they have clearly mention in their sign up agreement.

Trust is what the binanace exchange have given to all traders of Cryptocurrencies, as when it comes on loyalty bases that the us users aren't all going on their terms, as the benefits which the binance might lose, is less appreciated if they can't follow their terms and conditions

I think there are some instructions and rules for the Binance platform that have been violated by some of the American members of the platform.Because it is not possible for the platform to ban members from the US state without reason

Binance can't meet up with the policies, hence, this big step was taken boldly. It is a shame but there are few other US based exchange which operates on US AML policies: talk about coinbase, Gemini etc. They are excellent ones in alternative to Binance.
