There are two different methods for trading with altcoins:

 

1 - Simple method: Since most altcoins have more or less the same price behavior as bitcoin, you can choose the easy path by analyzing and predicting bitcoin and apply the results to altcoins to gain profit. This method is more suitable for beginners.

 

2 - More difficult method: In this method, you can analyze price movements of each single altcoin separately to have more accurate predictions and increase your chances of success. This requires more hard work and takes more time. This method is only recommended for skilled traders.

 

You can choose one of the above methods based on your personal conditions.

You can trade litecoin to other altcoin  if the later has high value than the later and you can have high  profit .one important thing is that if you want to trade with another altcoin check which coin worth to be traded.

I had written two different methods for trading altcoins and you quoted my post and wrote something that is quite irrelevant to what I had told in my old post! This topic is exclusively about trading altcoins and it is not about training or how to start a trade! What you wrote above is just some general information about crypto trading and it doesn't help anyone to trade altcoins with more success. Trading altcoins is different from bitcoin because they have different characteristics such as volume and fluctuation. An altcoin trader needs more activity than a bitcoin trader because altcoins usually change faster and if you react slowly, you will fall behind and lose your profit.
