Cryptocurrency have many uses like what you said its has many good points but the most famous use of crypto is financial and investment which you can earn without the goverment consent.

Its true but this requires USD to buy bitcoins, With the sanctions they will lack of USD to purchase goods outside their domain. So its not feasible upto this time, Not unless they launch something like Venezuela did and oil back crypto dollar

yes because blockchain and crypto have a huge potential to change the economy

Weapons against who? Bitcoin was created to create a decentralized ecosystem for digital money where everyone can be their own bank, Its not like something that was created to eliminate a financial entity or products.
