I totally agree with these, the UK are a very strong supporters of the crypto community and I see no reason why they would place ban on certain cryptocurrencies unless maybe if there's an illegality tied to it.

The financial institutions in the UK are ready to offer cryptocurrencies so nothing is banned except some certain trading that was high risk and creating losses to the traders. There is a difference between them. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and is also limited. There is nothing that can be compared to the British Pound. A difference between them is that the pound is used in daily life and in transactions between some countries.

There are other countries around the world that have banned using bitcoin an other cryptocurrency because is decentralized and they can have control over it and some securities issues and illegal activities that are done through cryptoworld.

There are countries that do not give their arm to twist and do not think to accept cryptocurrencies, but they do not know what they are losing since there are countries where they are implementing their own cryptocurrency and the countries that reject it today are lagging behind.

Dollar is also melting as well as most of national fiat. If you plan on selling your Bitcoin for fiat, it is a mistake as it is the worst time to do that. Assets prices will rise more as there is a lot of cash available after the central banks printed too much for the covid plan.

But from what I have seen, several crypto platforms (wallets, exchanges, mining...etc) are allowing people from uk to use their services, for example coinbase, binance and other crypto platforms can be used in uk without any problem with authorities.

It may be up to a certain point, everything will be a slow process but surely this is the good thing many countries will continue not to allow the btc, but everything will fall under its own weight and at some point everyone will accept them.

I think that instead of blocking or prohibiting cryptocurrencies, they should allow them and also create their own cryptocurrency, this would be the total solution regarding inflation and many more things that they should take into account to avoid these things.

the twist of crypto being restricted in countries i think have reduced in terms of how the use case as well as the adoption and even how its being regulated in the top economic countries as cryptocurrency from being isolated from the government or even some capital firms talking about it, now the talk about them this shows of ho its being less restrictive as time goes on

of course, i'm sure that many countries are not happy with the fact that cryptocurrency exists. Because they are worried that it can have a bad impact on their economy, and this is very sad. In fact, the cryptocurrency has really become a hostage for many, and some do not want to use it. But for UK they deserve to ban cryptocurrencies because since I've heard about cryptocurrencies I never saw if UK are talking or taking any action about cryptocurrencies.
