If the block chain technology and crypto currency is legal in India then this is the good news for us. But when India accepted crypto currency I don't know.

We saw that after first bull run in 2017 India announced crypto as illegal. And we saw an impact on the crytp price of this news. After a full research about it now there are preapring to lauch their own coin and offering blockchain education.

I think most countries that want to be ahead here must also acknowledge and see what is the best way to which one can be able to follow a certain route , they dont want to fully adopt block chain as a means of payment , but also they are trying their best not to be left aside, most of the countries are still learning on the issue of block chain and see what happens with it

I don't really know how genue this is but I can say it is a welcome development for cryptocurrency. With this, a large number of individuals get to know cryptocurrency and understands it and accept trading in it. We hope to see more of this in other regions.

don't know about Crypto but Indian government offer Blockchain course and Demo token not usable in market and currently government not positive about Crypto and I hope they will change and Regulate Crypto with some Rules.....

There is no chance to this course because India had banned the crytocurrency and bitcoins in 2018. So Indian government will never support this kind of activities

I agree with you, it seems that India is keen to introduce all necessary sciences in this time to its country and its education for its people, but I suspect that the education of blockchain technology differs from Bitcoin and cryptocurrency legislation and the legislation may still take time.
