It is considered multiple account even his one account is connected to the yobit. If he did a new account then make sure he use different IP address and don't create another one again so he will not get ban.

This what happen when there's an incentive to post on a forum, spamming, Multiple accounts, Abuse and many more that can lead to account removal from this forum. So always stick and adhere to the forum rules and everyone will be ok.

Yes he will be banned since cryptotalk only pays one person, they limited the number of post at 30 post a day so no one person can monopolize the funds allocated to the cryptotalk campaign. This is to ensure the funds could reach/ benefit more members and not just the few.

Besides this issue of mine  I also think that connecting in a single WiFi connection is also the reason why me and  my friends got banned at the same time. We all tend to connect in a certain WiFi that we forgot that it would be recorded as with same IP. Right now we are all learn our lesson and avoid doing it again. 

Ban evasion by creating another account might also be against the rules and might get you banned as well (emphasis on might because I'm not sure). If that is the case then I'm not sure what you can do.

We have all the time our IP changed and don't have our account banned and it's normal because our IP is only from one country , now if tommorow you log in with the IP from other country that you use every time your account will be banned directly because it's normal you use a VPN

Hey friend multiple accounts don't allow in this forum and it's against the rules if he really want to join this forum then they will have Change IP address and make a new account we all need to follow the forum rules always and avoid that things that are not allowed

Let me first say, him opening another still is very ilegal and he will be losing it again, this forum has its own rules and every body must follow them ,so very important how ever if you dont, you will face the dicipline of the rules and the moderation team , the rules of the forum must be followed and not even a single person should break then, but if you are careful enough, you will not be banned,only one forum account per person per house hold and per IP thats the rules.

Yes if you try to login into another account with the same IP address then your account will be permanently banned, create a new account with new IP address and don't repeat the same mistake.

The main reason why people usually get a ban is that they use the same ip address for the two accounts he should try next time to  use different ip addresses

Multiple accounts in crypto currency is very prohibited, same here in this forum. If you created more than one account, those account will get banned very soon. You need to follow the rule so that your account will be safe.

I have only suggestion for it, Please contact the help center, if they give permission then create it, don't take any risk.

Your IP and PC should be banned for it.
