I think I still need regulations because some hackers may give a way to access the accounts and private data but sometimes KYC is dangerous it can steal information to the public.

Importance of Cryptocurrency regulations and KYC

  • AML (Anti Money Laundering)
  • Keeping an Eye on Transactions
  • Risk Management
  • Seamless monitoring of transactions to ensure regulatory compliance, figuring out suspicious activities.

Importance of Cryptocurrency Privacy

  • Danger from criminals
  • Better basis for companies and private individuals in negotiations
  • Contaminated coins can lead to blacklisting
  • Censorship and prohibition
  • Just privacy

As you can see Both Cryptocurrency privacy and regulation have importances, what what do you think you real need?

Further regulation of the currency and its pegging to governments conflicts with one of the most important advantages of Bitcoin not being Its subordination to an official authority and conflicts with the principle of privacy, but it opens up new hopes for acceptance of digital currencies.

I prefer choose regulation. Where we know the cryptocurrency can used for criminal. That is sure we can't avoid it. Because the cryptocurrency is free currency everyone can use it whatever good or not. That is not only cryptocurrency. But also in fiat have criminal, maybe more high than cryptocurrency. So government actually can't banned cryptocurrency because reason cryptocurrency is bad idea to support criminal.

Yeah its been right that regulations have more value than privacy, but most of the peoples does not want to do KYC/AML as there is lot of risks involve in it, if a government regulate crypto and provide facility to do KYC than it could be very trusted.

KYC is risk as you say, we can not go around trusting all the crypto companies with our data.

I would say regulation, but once regulated, the volatility would drop and bitcoin would become stable.. too stable in my opinion. It may be good in some way, but we are driven by greed and want bitcoin to go very high, so I can sell all that I got and live a good life. So the answer would regulation after bitcoin touched 1mn mark. lol

I think if we will do one thing then definitely will be done another thing. Like if we secure our account then easily done regulation. So we can do anyone for this two matter. Thanks.

I think regulation is important because a forum or website must have regulations first so that what happens, if it is wrong, then it has the right to be punished because of regulations. privacy issues, in my opinion are relevant and can work after the regulation is made.

cryptocurrency should be privacy and controlled. But privacy is important first, because if you do not do it, our account will be hacked. Without privacy, we will face huge losses. But the cryptocurrency has to be controlled as well.

At the moment, cryptocurrencies exist well without any regulation. They allow people to work and live well. Why fix what works well?

I think we need a balance between regulation and privacy, because a lot of people use cryptocurrency to launder their money.

If it is balance it will make crypto more secure and also it will make it more easier to be used

I give vote on regulation because i want to work for crypto currency fully freedom and use all the feature of crypto currency which are shown after the full fill KYC. In my opinion this is not bad act this is compulsory component.

In this case, both two feature arrange evenly expert sides and corrupt sides. i deliberate a crumb of decree and perhaps a speck of privacy would be improve than leaving out one option completely

Just now, Jon said:

Лучше исправить проблему конфиденциальности криптовалюты, почему люди, проходящие через kyc, это вообще не конфиденциальность

but today we have a choice. pass identification or not, it is everyone decides for himself. If anonymity is removed from the crypto, we will have no choice. There is nothing good about it.

I think the bad side for regulations is we get back to been controlled by the government, but the bad side of none regulation is we will have no civilization in this crypto world and scammers will always hurt us.

I prefer those companies or exchange that has good security for their user and can really protect data of their user and will not be hack by anyone.
