People have to consider trading fees, confirmation time and the exchange behavior itself.

1 - Why there is such a big difference between exchange rates between the exchangers mentioned in the above link?

2 - Is https://chain-ex.space a reliable exchanger? (I found Changelly in the list of Bestchange website). Is it worth risking 0.0025 BTC?

 

Yes definitely it is possible to get profit from different exchange rate. As if you convert a coin to a particular crypto then if its price rapidly goes up in upcoming days then certainly there will be massive amount of profit. But remember it its value goes down there may be loss too.

It is really risky if you try a new exchanges, but with that a little capital, then it is not bad if you try that method to earn money. I don't think you can make profit with that method, you will lose your money because of the withdrawal fees..

That's an interesting question but i would say its possible and at the same time it's not. Because of the withdrawals fees, every exchanges has its own fees and you'll have to deal with it. Sometimes it's just too high and dosen't worth using it to make money off it.
