I agree with you as of today its really gambling to invest in ICOs since you do not know the ambitions of each Dev. Some of them are cold scammers...

And I do like gambling from to to time... but not gambling with ICOs.
Eligma proved to be good project and they have plans to become global solution for payment soon.

I think this project will act as promotional tool in Slovenia.

Thy have app people can download with 5 euros.
Then they need to do mandatory kyc and with their phone they canload any crypto they want...
and pay in any almost any shop or caffee in Slovenia that accept Elipay.
It is active now in so many shops

But this will be very hard step since regulators will break them out for sure. Bakkt is making their own App for Merchants so i guess the big guys will never use something which is not backed so heavy like Bakkt is.

Got it now. I thought they are playing role as like Bitpay, assisting merchant to accept BTC but in form of fiat. But Eligma is different, I got the point, it's some kind of local payment system I used a lot of time ago with my SIM.

They started to expand to other countries like Croatia and Bosnia,
and I expect to see them spread to other European Union countries soon.

Good to know. I would love to have a try with it, of course I would love it. In my local, there's some shop accepts BTC but very much limited and some are very far from my local area. It would be good to have paid with this app when I have coffee.

To be honest I would spend any other crypto, and hold most of my Bitcoin.
I would love to see more solutions like this where we can pay anything with altcoins.
It will be like lottery...you never know how much you will pay for something with altcoins  😂

Yeah, it sucks... and that is probably due to various crypto regulations at the moment.
They are going to spread soon... and you will hear about them again for sure.

It is supporting Slovenia and started to accept other coutries from EuropeanUnion like Croatia.
