In Yobit exchange, the minimum amount for you to be able to make any trades is 10,000 satoshis. Maybe the other pair does, just equivalent to 10,000 sastoshis. For the maximum, I do not see any, I believe there is no limit for that. One thing is for sure, you will be needing at least 10,000 sastoshis plus the exchange fee.

Such withdrawal fees, not easy to withdraw on fiat. Or switch to a very cheap currency, wherein, as a result of all transactions, the withdrawal fee will be much less. Business is the business where the rich become richer. The richer you are, the richer you are.
