People get negative assessment when they create topics that are not useful to the forum and same to members that give reply to topics that are not reasonable and meaningful, when you does this what did you expect to be your outcome, the results are negative reactions, thanks.

The personal picture is not a positive matter, but it is enough for any image not to be assigned and secondly the movement between the departments I think it should be at different time periods, the new members can work here and after a period of gaining experience they can move to another section with more complicated topics.

The reason behind having negative assessment is when a post is not passing any message concerning what the topic is talking about and undoubtedly that kind of post will be useless to the members assessing it. I think what actually causes negative reputations is not been patience enough most especially the newbies instead of them to focus on learning or gaining more knowledge the only they would want to do is to went ahead to create post and at the end of the day the topic will be meaningless which that meaningless post would only earn them negative reputation.

I saw a ton of the individuals remarking on an article. This isn't really the best thing. Any of us need to remark on an article. What's more, only one assertion about an article. At that point there's one thing we can each send a photograph of a profile.

Most of time people gave you negitve reputation many reasons for what they do because they gave negitve reputation for your post is less than hundred characters and not a good post.
