Coinbase is exploring to include another 18 Tokens

We all know, Coinbase prefers strict verification process to list any assets on their exchange platform. According to their recent announcement, they are exploring to adopt an additional 18 tokens including considering tokens that are not yet launched.There is no exact date for listing as they need significant technical and compliance review and some of their decisions will get affected due to regulatory approval in some jurisdictions.

Anyway, here are 18 tokens that coinbase is reviewing. List includes something hot like OGN, DigiByte, and Synthetix

Aave, Aragon, Arweave, Bancor, COMP, DigiByte, Horizen, Livepeer, NuCypher, Numeraire, KEEP Network, Origin Protocol, Ren, Render Token, Siacoin(not Siafunds) ,SKALE Network, Synthetix, and VeChain.

All of these currencies are new and not all platforms have included them, so Coinbase must be careful and check these currencies because the presence of any fraudulent fake currency on this popular platform will negatively affect its popularity among traders.

Coinbase is great a great excahnge but has not had the same distribution of tokens as others exchanges such as Binance which offers a wide variety of tokens,you will have to wait to see which tokens are more suitable to invest in.

@magdNo all these tokens are new here. Some tokens like OGN, DigiByte, Horizen, and Livepeer are already listed on top major exchange sites including Binance. Yes their verification process may take quite long time but I really love to see all these tokens on Coinbase.

The main reason behind this is Coinbase's currency verification process to list them on their platform is strict. Anyway, they are now exploring to involve some great progressive tokens. I am super excited to see OGN in this list because I have investment in this token.

All of above i know only horizon token. Now every token want to be listed on coinbase because of best crypto exchange. I think these all coins are good so that's why coinbase prefer to list these coins.

DigiByte, Livepeer and Horizen are the only known tokens to me. It's good to know that these tokens are now listing on CoinBase exchange too. It's a great success for all these tokens to be listed on big exchange like CoinBase.

Coinbase is the biggest us exchange and it also supports cryptocurrencies, so adding them to the trading pairs will give these projects really good boost regarding price and community.

This list looks exciting, and there are good old and well-loved coins like DigiByte, Siacoin, VeChain. These currencies are really good and I expect to be approved for inclusion in Coinbase, as for the rest of the currencies I know some of them and I don't know much about .

Have a look at Livepeer's LPT and Origin Protocol's OGN ! I am already a huge fan for theses both of tokens and I really can not wait to see them on the Coinbase very soon in the future. I am currently working for the next separate topic for Livepeer 😉

I don't know half of these coins. First time I've heard of Aave, Arweave, COMP, NuCypher, Numeraire, KEEP, Render Token, SKALE Network. Seriously are any of these important coins and are we missing something? Why would coinbase pick these instead of others? Anyone actually knew any of these coins before coinbase announced them?

@BTC FutureAccording to news, they are exploring some tokens(which you have mentioned above) that are not yet launched which means they are focused to find potential DeFi tokens which fulfill their listing requirements to last for a long time.

Oh thanks. Then perhaps we should research them as well. I don't follow DeFi products too much, besides Maker, and I think that many of these can easily collapse (Maker included). I will give them a look.

I think digibyte and ogn already list in some well reputated exchange, yes coinbase is major exchange in crypto market and so many investors use this exchange, so they ckeck all tokens carefully then they list in their exchange, because they don't want their users not loss money in fake token's

Coinbase prefers really a strict procedure to list token or coin on their platform. They do not allow pump or dump coin which may harm reputation of this well-established platform. Maybe, we will be able to see so many valuable tokens on the platform.

If coinbase does not support coins like digibyte and VeChain, then why is the wallet so common and be one of the most populous wallet this time. I can not use such wallet, because it support only few coins.

Only few of them are new like Aave, Arweave, COMP, NuCypher, Numeraire, KEEP, Render Token, SKALE Network are new but most of other are already being traded on the different top ranked exchange sites. You might find OGN on Binance too.

I hope they will listed TRX too. This is one of the crypto exchange that i use most  of the time. I like their fund transfer system by using individuals email address which is totally free.

I still noticed one thing about coinbase, they support many coins though but are still few, if 18 or more tokens are listed, it will be good. But, coinbase still need to listen additional coins and tokens, 18 is just few and more is needed to be listed.

@iloveyobit Origin Protocol's OGN token is one of them which is in Coinbase's custody, waiting to be approved. Recently, I have managed to make a decent profits from OGN trade. You might get surprise, this token is looking amazing ! As you said, yes all of these tokens will get popularity if they approved on this great platform.

SC,are you referring  Siacoin ? Please keep it in your mind all these tokens are just considered to seek the possibility to list on Coinbase platform. Goo if you have DGB holdings and have manged to make profits from it.
