This is a really helpful topic for us new users out here. We do have many doubts for which we need qualifications. me myself is a new person on this cryptocurrency world and there are many things even now I find a bit confusing. Agree with you,  This is the basic rule of life that who study more he know more and he also thinks more and ask questions more. 

Here all people are educated and they can create topics but they didn't. I think all are afraid of being get warning point. So i suggest them that you should first search topic which you want to create and if you didn't found then create it.

I think that the forum is completely fair, and so modiraters as they take into account the fatigue of the members in psosting topics ,only publications that do not have any meaning or benefit are retracted, and this is through my experience.

Thanks for presenting such an interesting topic with us .  Many of the users are didn't know how to create the topics at this forum and they would be always afraid thaf if they do this then thier post will be deleted. Everyone should craete posts,  and it is good then it would not be deleted and references should be easily to understand by everyone.

Opinion, point 2.- Always think of simple topics, but read or study before asking.

Many users do not understand that a forum is more a place to ask for help and clarify doubts, than to come and read concepts, on the contrary the concepts are questioned in forums, projects, ideas.

You really don't want to talk about a very good topic because there are many of us who post very powerful but many times it is seen that their posts are being deleted but they don't understand why they respond to us in such a way that the posts are deleted.  No matter how we delete the posts or how we post them, they will get good reputation.
