Beginners section is always active because here a lot of new topics are available always while other section have very old topics due which members feel faire of deleting posts. I think we should visit all section and create new topics than other section will also become active.

You said that we should work smartly and save time. I am surprised to hear about search bar button is not appears sometimes while I never face such a problem. When I need to search anything I found search bar available at right corner always. I think you should check your network and your app in which you use cryptotalk.
