I never had a problem like that or never broken the rules as I uphold the rules and abide because it is the most important part to do when being part in a forum or any website. I understand mistakes are made and there is need for corrections but with being more cautious mistakes are limited and may not happen at all.

That's why we should choose wisely on the topic we will make a comment or reply on, thankfully I haven't experienced that yet, the only thing I experienced was my post got deleted because the topic I made a comment on got deleted and all of the replies there including my reply also got deleted. I would suggest that as much as possible don't make a comment to the newly made topic especially if it is not that good.

So you got a 72 hour suspension for writing a spam post. But it is good you acknowledged you made a mistake and after that you are rehabilitated. I have seen spammers too and it is important for them to understand they won't be making anything. Instead they lose their time as they get banned. But warning first makes it good because there is a chance the person will change and be valuable member later.

Thank for the advice. We shouldn't comment on a topic without understanding it properly. If we comment anything on a topic which is not even related to the topic we will surely got penalty. At the very beginning many comments of mine got deleted because i actually counldn't be able to understand what kind of comment should i create. Now i am learning and i am careful about this.

Still i didn't receive any restriction but my some posts deleted if the moderators find them non useful. So, my suggestion is that to avoid from this type of restriction we should follow all the directives, always try to make convenient and sensible posts.

If mistakes in our comment, we should make correct them. Then we should check that it is related to the topic. We should comment on related  topic,this make us safe from warring points and ban. Yes your absence matters a lot . After absence we have to work hard to come back on our track but they do not bann us . Our post delete because of useless material therefore we should post useful material
