Yobit is still missing some of its design, it is an old exchange that has been in operation since 2017 and I think it has to progress a little, I think that the team is supposed to do a professional update, especially in appearance, in order to distinguish this exchange from the other.

I agree with you, currently no exchange has a campaign that pays in bitcoin, not even Binance can do that. The yobit exchange is gaining popularity due to having a campaign that pays bitcoin, yobit will become the most popular exchange worldwide and replace binance in the future.
