Well I was also noticing this issue for long time. They do have post in English but the quoted text wasn't in English so I was confused should I report this or not.🤔

I hope because of this alert, those who are making this mistake learns about their mistake.

For Solutions of this:

Use Translator to translate to your national language and before quoting cancel that translations and change language back to English. I hope this will work for those who are making mistakes.
