It's handy to compare before moving your coin if you are really thinking about making some interest from your holding.

My question is: Will you really move your coins to an exchange and trust them with your coins?

I saw in this market there are a lot of people who want to invest on genuine platforms to get profit. Also some want to Pos services. And I think CMC new fewture is awesome. Because now we get the information of staking projects easily.

I think this is something similar to investing, or staking. You also invest your coins in a hold on the site, and then every day you get some percentage from it, and it's very cool! It seems to me that if you invest for a very long time, this is the best solution, because you get a percentage!

Coinmarketcap has managed to become completely useless. I was using it on a daily basis for more than three years and now it is a disastrous experience. Login boxes popup right where the searchbar is forcing you to missclick. It is lagging and taking a minute to load pages, if it ever loads them,and they added many useless features as chatboxes for no reason. Somehow still people use it, but I'm only using coingecko and nomics lately. Not even opening coinmarketcap again.

Binance fully purchased CoinMarketCap, so it is no longer necessary to open the interest system on CoinMarketCap because Binance has a similar system and there is no sense in them being together.

I am also not question about the integrity of the exchanges. Some of them proved that they are highly trust worthy but we have seen exchanges to get hacked even the most reputed one in their age. Question is  that should we not learn from those incidence?

Blockfi and crypto.com gives 6% more in Bitcoin deposits there for yearly interest? This is too big but these trusted centralized systems can they actually be trusted? Should people holding bitcoin trusting them to make more bitcoin? I wouldn't feel safe to move btc around.

There are some good options in coinmarketcap that appear lately and it makes it interesting to find something like that because this is an opportunity for a few people that can reinvest their investment in Bitcoin and get something extra.

Thanks for giving us this feature of cmc, I have not been looking at coinmarketcap lately so I wasn't aware they were giving an updated  option for staking our cryptocurrencies. I will take a look today and calculate if holding and storing in websites for interest will give something good back.

This is what I was going to answer about these investments. You will lock your coins for a long time in these investing opportunities. You take a risk that these companies will not just lose them or mismanage them or even steal them.

I understand you and you are right to be scared to send your money to an exchange, but I dont' think that these in the post you listed above, which are BlockFi, cryptocom and Celcius are exchanges. They are regulated financial services. Although your frustrations are noted and understood.

I think that blockfi is less risk from the other two but you never know what can happen with everything we have seen so far it is better to keep safe and not risk for a 6% annual interest, it could be promising for the BTC whales but maybe high risk.

Interest is always interesting. Blockfi and Crypto.com requires KYC and probably most of these websites. There was one called lend that went off business and might even have scammed the depositors as they can't withdraw. There is also DeFi although there are different risks as the protocols seem to be have many vulnerabilities that are exploited by some hackers and some investors lose millions.

Coinmarketcap was reformed after it was purchased by Binance and has many new features. I don't look at the interest at all as it needs to stake your investments in websites and exchanges, but it is a good idea for those that want to do that and earn a yaerly income from it. However there are dangers as platforms come and go and money can be lost, there is always risk.
