Yes its possible so i highly recommend always save your 2fa special key, so if any emergency happens you can recover it however if you lost it you cant recover it anymore so move on.

I don't think you can lose your yobit balance. But if you lose the access of this exchanger account then you can lose your fund. Also hackers can stole your wallet. So always try to turn on your account security system.
