Welcome to forum and read all the rules of forum  to become good member.The forum have pinned the rules on every section so make sure to read them.

The reputation does not increase your earning but it can gibes you respect and appreciation from other  members.

No but reputation is only for the good profile and status of an individual. Reputation doesn't increase your earnings but it certainly increases your value. Your followers will increase and sometimes people also judge you by your reputation.

There is no opportunity to increase your income through reputation.
