Especially now It's a usefull function tho. It simply helps prevent spam attack on server so the goal of increasing the time between posts is to not let people do weird things

The time between two posts is three minutes. But this is enough to make a good comment and think a lot about what to write, finish the post and read it again to make correction. I like that we can edit posts too and I am using this some times as maybe I missed a mistake that is observe better when we post the comment.

So this was 2 minutes then doubled to 4 minutes and it is now 3 minutes. Good to know so this means that we can make 20 posts in one hour today, but maybe better to say 1:30 as we will always read a lot of posts and comments and have to give many ratings too.

I think that it is good idea to increase time between post, such as honest members won't notice this increase, but copy pasters and spammers have to wait more to make something bad, and it is very good decision how to fight against it

In a way it's a good measure, I'm new and I noticed that there is a stipulated time between each post, and that gives time to think in an appropriate response to each one, not just 2 or 3 words per minute. It works fine to me.

Having the 4 minutes of waiting time between the posts is a not much long compare to the inconvenience of spammers. This is good idea for forum and members and less desire for spammers to make useless posts, which any way will be deleted
