I think this restriction related to spammers and abusers growth. People just want to get rewards for doing low quality replays, so it's one of the methods created by admins to make people think about what they do, while they are waiting for permission to write one more post

The time that has been placed between posts is a good method to prevent people from stuffing posts. There are people that are just eager to finish up everything in an instant. So making use of the time delays them a bit and ensures that what they are posting is a good one.

Basically the time frame between two post is about 1minutes interval this is good idea as enable user to read some point and understand from mates post

In these we can send other comment after 3 minutes so in this way there are 2 or 3 hours are required for the 20 comments per day. I think this is good act by the moderators because this may be reason to avoid scammers.

Yes my friend I also have noticed that we have to wait for 4 minutes to post a new posts. And I think it is a good thing of this forum which can be reduced the spam posts by the spammers. You can see that there are many members who came here only for earning and want to done their work of 20 posts as soon as they can. So they post a very few words with useless data and up to so on. So I think that is a good thing to wait for new posts even it also make them to wait for the new post. It also save us from the consideration to be a robot. Because posting in sequence can be considered you as a robotic act which is prohibited by most of the websites.

Yeah of course I didn't really notice it since I joined the crypto discussion it was probably 4 minutes but it doesn't affect me so much because I think every minute I write a post however I think it's better for the form to copy and prevent spammers from copying.  I think it will slow down

I've noticed it and I think it's a good thing because they give us time to think of good posts and reduce the number of unhelpful posts.
I think this is part of the plan to eliminate spam.
