I have seen many pump and dumps and try to not follow or even spend time for them as they are always going back down to earth again. Even good coins are being manipulated by whales at times of low volumes and 100 BTC can create a big pump and dump. Some whales have enough to do that.

Very good advice as this coin is one of the most obscure and always seem to be doing pump and dumps. It is very low cap, less than one million and very dangerous. I don't think the trading volume it has is real either as it is listed in pump and dump exchanges.

Thanks for the warning of course I wouldn't ever try to buy a very small altcoin after it pumped like that. It doesn't have good volume either and it can be just people inside the team that made this by buying very high to create an impression of something happening and attract more buyers.

It doesn't matter what these coins are doing. When looking why this happened we don't get a good excuse so unless there is big interest from a partnership then anything that happens on coins like this one it doesn't affect us.

This is funny to see and I've seen many coins do some extremely high pumps in a small time, only once I was holding a small altcoin that pumped and profited from this, of course I would instantly sell as everyone else and price will not sustain this level if there is no reason for the pump. Pump and dumps happen all the time in crypto.

I don't know anything about this coin and I don't think this is because I am still new. It is probably a bait by some whales that pumped the coin and wait for others to follow thinking it will rise more. I don't like anything that does that and it can even doom this coin and not allow it to ever become a good one.

It sounds exactly like you said, a pump & dump. Thxs for the heads up / warning about BitBall. Unfortunately, these types of pumps & dumps, hurt the crypto world in general. People get burned / ripped off, then they think everything that is related to the crypto world is a scam. Once bitten twice shy.

 

Its a good observation, that there were so many pending orders & volume on 1 exchange, but on the others, there was basically nothing. A very tell tale sign that. Others should remember that trick, to see if something is a scam or a pump & dump.

Lol, this is definitely a scam and dump. There are so many of these coins that do that, they can even be pumped by the exchanges they are listed and those two mentioned in this post Graviex and Mercatox are two low volume exchanges that fake volumes and can easily try something like that.
