of course, blockchain can help governments  for a lot of different things. it can help to transfer funds in each part of the world paying low fees and with fast transaction, it can help to fight the corruption because the blockchain is public and unhackable, it can be a store of value, as you can see there are a lot of  different possibility

Third party makes only difficult for someone to transfer some funds therefore cypto currencies or digital payment is the best option to take them out. Without them, transfer of funds become more faster with a less transaction fees. Once this will be adopted fully then the economy of every country who will use crypto correctly will surely to grow.

I think that every government most need to accepts these digital currencies and if they not accepts these the people use other ways to withdraw their currencies and this will not good for government because on this there is no tex system .
