You can try airdrops.io and airdropalert.com. These websites feature most of the airdrops that can be considered legit. The rest airdrop websites usually list a lot of scam projects so basically avoid them. 

You will need a telegram account and social media accounts.

Still airdrops since last year haven't distributed what they promised. Even the ones that sent the tokens in your wallet were worthless besides perhaps 1 or maybe 2 out of 300 that you could sell for 5-10$.

Well, not all the airdrops are coming here in this forum, sometimes its coming from telegram but it always some problem when it comes to telegram, most airdrops there are scam so be careful for that.
