Investment in crypto and buying crypto is samething. So when investment or demand increase it push the price of bitcoin. Because circulating supply of bitcoin is limited but demand is high. There is nothing to respond to high demand then exchange rate increases.

This is an economic rule that when demand is high and supply is low than prices will increase and when demand is low and supply is high than prices will dump. Same happens with bitcoin, when adoption of bitcoin increases prices increases due to limited supply, and when selling pressure built price start dump.

There is a simple reason behind it. When you invest the demand if crypto increases with that the transaction also increases with massive amount. So with massive transaction the price of cryptocurrencies goes up.

If demand increases while supplies is limited there's a chance the the Bitcoin and Crypto Currency coins value will also increase because of rarity of supply. This investment happen if coins have a good review.
