I got scammed today

It's 1/1/2020 and I got scammed, I lost $100 and it's the only money I had. I feel sick. I just wanted to talk to someone about it.

I was thinking of that aswell. Weird scams are going on in crypto space. Couple years ago I got sent 0.05 ETH randomly and the guy who sent it commented my Eth address on Etherscan, he had a picture of a small baby seemed to be in hospital bed. He commented that he accidentally sent me the ETH and he wanted it back and that his baby needs $10000 for the surgery. Seemed super weird to me, and I checked the account and it turned out he had sent over 2 eth in 0.05 increments to random people with the same text under their profile lol

Sorry to hear that. At least, you have the experience, and you need to be careful next time and don't repeat the same mistake. You can learn from your mistakes, so you don't have to get the same thing in the future. Maybe you can tell us how they can scam you, so maybe we can give advice to you, and you can take the important lesson that will help you in the future. It is really painful when you have been the victim of a scammed. You are hurt not because of the lost money but the state of being a victim will really makes your head boil. I got scammed many times already and I lost more than 4k$ because of that but in time you can moved on it took me around 6 months to recover since all of that comes from a loan with the bank.

I feel for you, but it would be really helpful if you told how exactly you were scammed just to teach people ways to be safe. Some people seem to think that they canno't be scammed and always take offers from stranges.

Yes it should to be the first step, send him 10 usd then 10 usd then what we need but no send 200 usd in one time! very good advice thank you.

Oh sorry to hear about your loss. Where did you lose that much amounts due to scammers ? It is always advised that never store your valuable assets into the online hot wallet. Be extremely careful while choosing the wallets to store cryptocurrency.
