Bitcoin is heading towards $20000 this year if Bitcoin reach $20000 this year this will marked the second time in history that Bitcoin has reached that amount the first incident occurs on 2017 when nobody thought it value will reach such amount . I hope the massive increase of Bitcoin will continue consistently .

The problem for Bitcoin is that some altcoins that have performed terrible like XRP are rising again and all of these are what bring Bitcoin down. I will trade altcoins if they are at good price to buy but I think they still have higher price than what they should. You at not wrong at all, bitcoin has targeted $20000.  People will do all their best cause the hope they have for bitcoin to increase above $20000  is very high. It is clear to me that bitcoin will reach $20000. Let us also expect tho before 2021, only one month remain do bitcoin to get to $20000 an more.

Paypal helped adoption but it is a terrible way to buy Bitcoin as it doesn't give option to move to other wallets. I wouldn't ever buy or use Paypal and I don't understand how this is helping. That's very good news, the increase in bitcoin prices was also triggered by the bitcoin halving in May. I think if PayPal accepts bitcoin buying and selling, that's great, because there will be more big companies following PayPal's footsteps.
