You shouldn't be depressed in your mistakes. Moreover you should learn from your mistakes and don't do such of this mistake in future. You should be very careful about your mistakes. Don't depressed and take lesson from your mistakes. I hope you can learn many things from your mistake. I hope that you will recover your loss.

You use stop loss to avoid falling into the trap of trading which is very good.  Because you will lose a lot when you dump more coins.  So traders can use stop loss to reduce the loss.  All traders should use stop loss.  However I am not a professional trader so I do not use stop loss

If you want a long-term holding you should use BTC, if storing Altcoins will only make you depressed because altcoin prices are very dependent on BTC prices and the increase in altcoins is also insignificant. My advice is that the holding is good and it can be profitable if we choose the right coins, sometimes people choose the wrong coins and experience losses when the price of the coins they hold drops.

Patience is a key in trading and without having this key we can't be successful in trading and would suffer as you did. So try to be patient always , read the news , do a research , do a proper analysis and then enter or exit a trade and never take any decision in hurry. Good Luck!

There is always depression in trading.  So it has to be accepted.  Because the price of coins always fluctuates.  If you sell today and the price goes up tomorrow, then depression may come to your mind.  So learn to accept it.

If you held to these coins or almost anything since 2019 then today you wil lbe in very good profit and you will need to capitalise on some of your investment to take some profits. It is not easy to keep holding when the prices are this high and everything can go down and you lose a lot again.

Actually, Depression always rise in our heart when we lost some certain amount of money in our investment.
