I am from a longer time in crypto and I am not feeling anything like this in crypto. I am earning and using crypto as other currency so there is nothing scam.

Sometimes, I feel I have the responsibility to teach people how cryptocurrency works and making them realize that it is not a scam or fraud. Personally, I did earn a lot  and yes, still doing it so please stop thinking about it.

Well it is a fact that the emergence of cryptocurrency also created much room for scammers to ply their evil trades without trace, so many people have ended up being scammed and some people that got scammed have gone thinking that is what curyptocurrency is all about.

 

One of my friends recently told me he was into cryptos and I was excited, but when I probed to find out if he was trading or mining, it turned out he merely invested in the ponzi program, Onecoin. He was devastated when I made him to understand that was not cryptocurrency but a HYIP and his money was as good as gone.

crypto itself is not a scam. but it is being used to scam people. even peoples are scamming others publically through fake ICOs and fake projects.

Yes I can't even say cryptocurrency scam.  Because cryptocurrency can never be a scam.  It may be that our various media and sites are scandalized.  But cryptocurrency is actually a currency with all the coins, if you can imagine what will happen to the coins.

Of course not, simply, crypto currencies are decentralized, meaning that they are not focused in one currency, but many currencies, if you find a quorum, you will find hundreds of strong and reliable currencies.

In my opinion, such cryptocurrencies as bitcoin, litecoin, etherium and etc. are not scam, But a great deal of new crypto project could really be scam, so I advise you to not provide your personal information there.
