Will Doge ever have the value of Bitcoin?

Greetings to all, I want to create a debate about dogecoin, many people tell me that it will have great value in the future even though it was a currency created by joke, it has remained in the market and is in the main excavations of the world.

I dont think so because dogecoin has a very large supply so that it has very less demand. so af of simple rule its impossible to reach the value of dogecoin equal to bitcoin.

similarly dogecoin doesnt have special characters like bitcoin and due to high supply its impossible to be equal to bitcoin.I think dogecoin may not be able to make 1$ .

If the supply of the DOGE far exceeds the Bitcoin and the bases of the DOGE were based on a joke and perhaps for that reason it does not finish having a great value, they should burn some tokens to see if their value increases.

DOGE coin is a good coin and popular, though it has a very small amount. But i don't think if DOGE can reach BTC value because it's a long time since DOGE has been created and it never reaches even to $10 I have a strong faith that DOGE will grow in the future because there are many buyers and sellers, but it will not go high to BTC value.

Dogecoin is a coin that can be easily accumulated due to its price.
You can save even on some faucet sites.
Of course I do not think bitcoin will reach its value.
but the fact that it is affordable increases the demands rapidly.
It can bring a good profit to its investors, although not much in the short term.

Being shot NO a big clear no 1 DOGE can never be equal to 1 BTC because the supply of doge is a lot and if it reaches the value of doge reaches 1 btc its market cap will blow up and will make thing very messy therefor according to me its next to impossible for this to happen as it will lead to many problems . You would have to burn many coins so that their price can increase and even then it could not match the price of BTC since they were created for different purposes.

Dogecoin will never have a value even close to bitcoin since it is a currency that started with a joke, it does not solve any problem, it has an infinite supply and people take it as a joke, so for more than giving some kind of tip or make small transactions between faucets I don't think dogecoing has any good future other than that of a joke coin

Thats really important we check on that but the truth is we need to be  careful what we invest in, the problem with doge is that there is no true funtion to it and so when people buy it is to try to keep it for so many years hoping  that it might one day hit 1 dollars, and so we need to really work as hard and so we need to really look at that section, the truth is doge might never perform. some people have so many doges others 10 Millions or so

Well for me doge coin could not achieve the price of bitcoin now since it has a large scale of supply and the demand is not that much just like the demand in bitcoin. It is possible if the demand will drastically grow.

I think that dogecoin will continue to be used for many years to come and will continue to exist in the crypto market, however as for the title of this topic, I do not feel that doge will ever have a value that is even remotely close to bitcoin. In fact, i think that it is not even possible for dogecoin to reach the 1 dollar mark without their being some serious change to the infrastructure of this crypto. 

 

The main reason i am saying this is because the dogecoin has an infinite supply and as such with no halving events the supply will continue to grow with the demand. In order to increase value the demand needs to be greater than the supply but this does not happen with dogecoin. For the value to increase, this needs to change and halving events need to be introduced and the market must be capped.

I personally don't think so. Dogecoin is gaining acceptance and importance but I don't think it would have a far reaching impact as much as that of Bitcoins. Currently Bitcoin is the most sought-after cryptocurrency in terms of its value and demand. It's going to take so much revolution and time in order to gain as much importance and demand as much as Bitcoins. Let's see what the future has in store for us.

only fools will think that doge coin will go to a higher value, this doesnt mean its a scam coin because i have invested in it many times and made profits, but thing is it will never go past 200 satoshi.

I do not think that there is any future for Dogecoin. It is true that the currency is used to transfer between the platforms because the fees for the transfer are small, so everyone buys for the transfer, then they are sold again, so the price of the Docoin will not go up, it needs to be burned in the number of currencies.

I do not think that doge will reach BTC's value, but I do believe that it can become a closer gap and maybe become higher than ethereum.

Doge coin is my favourite coin that is why I am holding it thinking it will reach one dollar some day, but truely speaking a thousnd or more dollars is not possible for doge as it has a lot of supply around.

@mildred27 The DOGE was adopted by thousands of cryptocurrency users and that has kept it as a very popular exchange currency, it is used to transfer higher priced coins and withdrawal fees from one exchange to another because it is cheaper to do so through it.
It is very commercial because confidence was taken and that makes a cryptocurrency solid, the confidence that its holders have in it, it is expected to fall in price due to its high supply, but we must wait to see how events develop in the next months.

@Nicole018 I agree with you. Dogecoin could never have the same value as Bitcoin because the supply of Dogecoin is unlimited while Bitcoins are limited. Due to not having scarcity the price of Dogecoin will always remain low and so it could never even come close to Bitcoin.

Honestly speaking one can't predict the matters of crypto currencies but I believe doge attaining or overtaking btc is statistically unrealistic.

It is true that it is important and popular currency in market but I know that in past it drops up-to zero so their up and down so fast that is people take less interest in it so it is impossible that dogecoin can be reached equal to bitcoin. Bitcoin is always remain king.

Doge is good and well known crypto coin which have high marketcap in crypto currencies. Mostly it is known as stable coin which is used in fuacet sites for payment. And i think it can't overtake bitcoin .
