Bitcoin Foundation and antitrust law

Bitcoin-Foundation could in the future run into problems with the antitrust law! It would be better to create a second and third proxy Bitcoin-Foundation in order to protect the original one.

Agree with you,many people change their life and depends now on btc,so increasing demands on btc will be hard for them to stop it,

antitrust laws prevent coordination, not just size. and they apply to nonprofits as well as for-profit concerns. for example, universities can (and do) run afoul of it in their hiring practices
Even than, his will not prevent Bitcoin Foundation from antitrust action

No, antitrust laws do not apply to non-profits. Also the purpose of such laws is to prevent a saturated market where everyone buys from one or two companies, not preventing coordination. Bitcoin Foundation and other nonprofits have nothing to worry about.

Since bitcoin foundation is a non-profit corporation antitrust law does not apply there. Perhaps you mean something else and translated it as foundation? A non-profit organization and antitrust laws are something completely different.

I hope that soon the crypto law will introduce in future becasue so many peoples will work in the crypto market becasue this is a business and soon it will legal and they the world base law is created and than peoples will follow that law on that time.

I have no information on the subject you are talking about, but I am sure Bitcoin is safe and cannot be threatened in the future because it is not related to anything other than the peoples ’trust.

Currently Bitcoin is spreading well and it is too early to talk about monopoly laws. There will be no monopoly or problems if bitcoin is managed in an orderly and regular way. I expect that monopoly laws will be for effective and profitable institutions.

You are right. And the fact is quite also important. But i guess the bitcoin has come a long way now. So it doesn't matter now if it gets by that law. Because maybe the developers have already found a way to avoid that kinds of problems. Bitcoins are a heck of all problems. And the currency developers are taking care of it with great concern.

It's probably agreeable as on the making of a third party and trusted proxy on its foundation, stability and functionality of it's usage, as on the organization of bitcoin we really need it to have a stable law enforcement

This is very likely to happen, but I do not think that we should be concerned because I am sure that the currency developers know about this and are finding solutions to it because it is impossible for the Bitcoin currency to stop, on the contrary, it is witnessing widespread development and spread on a daily basis.

I do not know if this will happen or not, but I am sure that Bitcoin has achieved great successes during the past 10 years and has become one of the most important cryptocurrencies and it is constantly developing so I do not have to worry about the antitrust law in the future.
