Have you ever seen people selling their cryptocurrencies to get fiat outside internet?

I think we can sometimes buy our cryptocurrencies by visiting the buyer in person especially when the amount of coins we want to sell is high and we don't want to risk sending the money to a scammer.

You can buy a cold wallet like Ledger and store your cryptocurrency in it. Then you can make an appointment with the buyer and visit him/her in person. You give him/her your Ledger along with other necessary information about your wallet such as private key and recovery phrase. The buyer will pay you in cash for your cryptocurrency + Ledger.

When you sold your Ledger and your coins, you will buy a new Ledger and create a new wallet for yourself.

I think this method is not only good to avoid scammers but also useful when we have no access to any internet or electricity.

Dear I  can just wish to this but there is no way without internet. I also never try this and think about this but you post made me to think about this. I think there is only one solution that we can just sell or buy coins in little amount in full security because no one want to lose their money and face a big loss.

Selling your coin and get the fiat money is the simple way becasue i do that i send my coins to the exchanger and get the money in cash in just a minute. So many peoples will do this and cash the coins instantly.

The problem of internet can be solved easily. Two people who meet each other can bring their mobile phones with them to have access to internet for transferring their coins. If you are familiar with the buyer, the risk is much lower. There is only one drawback in this method. Selling coins that have long confirmation times will be difficult because you can't expect people to wait for hours in the street! You can buy and sell coins on paper wallets. This is much better because the only thing you have to do is to give fiat and receive a piece of paper that contains keys and addresses.

I do this everytime. In my country crypto is not allowed. So we can't exchange our crytpo currencies in any bank or Wallet. What we do is we sell our coins to a specific buyer who buys our coin and give us real money in online wallet of  our country. I do this everytime while getting money.

Seriously i think we should be more strict in some situations when buying or selling our crypto asset online, but theres another way i think we can sell our cryptos in a situations like this, cos the problem of residence can be overcomed if parties agreed upon a place of transactions of the crypto asset.

But when you pay can't the other person just empty the bitcoin wallet in a second, having someone else and giving a signal to spend the cryptocurrencies in the wallet?
