I am not stressed and i am not worried about the crypto price because i know that BTC will make a great bull and soon it will move the market high and not just single the BTC market will make a high move all the crypto market will make a high move and i am waiting for that time.

I think there's some humour in your post, and I find it funny. Although I'm not the type of person who is addicted to cryptocurrency, I agree that they might need some time to relax their minds. I'm very happy for you, because you have a cold nerves, for me and i think for the most users of crypto, the time that we spend in waiting for price to rise, is fatigued, especially when it go for a long term.

Yal is a good idea, but sometimes it's not enough because when we return home we will feel the stress come back. I have trouble sleeping at night, then I am very sleepy during the day. waiting for the market to return, waiting for tokens to be sold, and finally the problem is on yobit. where I can not send to my balance from earned that I have obtained as long as I make a post here. the problem was all complete, and I didn't work anything other than crypto.

Bear market is very stressful for both newbie and experienced, but experienced traders don't panic so easily, they control themselves well, on the other hand newbies get panicked easily, so it is more stressful for novice traders.

I am not really affected about the fall of bitcoin's price because I know it is really normal and my friends told me so.
