The best time to sell our crypto is when the value of the certain coin is really high from it's average value, it is really hard to predict or find out when will the price will going to rise again. We should start buying crypto when their price is low from their normal price, like from bitcoin we can start buying when it's price is around 7k - 8k usd.

My opinion is if the crypto coin price is undervalued and price is dumped then you can buy. If pump is starting its time to sell. If in the last pump you are not in a profit then just hold for the next pump. But one thing is important never sell below buying price.
