I think all information about the definition of trading and who a trader means, has been well explained in the topic and I just want to highlight on certain factors that we should know about this businesses below,

Trading is not eay because it comes with risk of losing money and this one is even displayed in brokers on risk disclaimer.

Creating a good strategy and learning more about this businesses should be our desire before depositing money into our trading accounts.

Tading is basically exchanging one crypto currency for another in different stages, for example buying when the crypto currency has a low price for a while, and selling when it is expensive, this way you would be generating a profit, normally this is done with the btc or usdt pair if you want to have your money safe. 
There are 2 long and short trades, but both should be investigated further, to trade you need to have knowledge, know how to observe the behavior of the chart to predict how it will be, up or down.
And the trader is the person who does all this process and these operations, that person is responsible for making the trade and study everything necessary.

Trading is profitable, but it is very risky. Before starting trading, you should learn the basics and everything related to loss and profit, curve analysis etc. I do not think that trading with people's money is a good thing. In simple words, trading means buying at low price and selling at high .
