Can we teach about Crypto in school and university?

I fully agree if crypto is taught at university. because with crypto knowledge since university. they make money by mining or joining crypto campaigns.

There are universities that are already teaching Cryptocurrency and blockchain and of course that includes Bitcoin, besides the internet are full of videos and articles about Cryptocurrency a guy who wants to learn can learn in university and here in the internet.

I don't think this will actually work in some schools in some part of the world because some country are far behind in times of technology, but believe you me that in some countries in their Educational system it can work perfectly

Teaching children isn't a bad idea just that basis is what should be dish out to the children so that when they get to higher institution they already have little knowledge about crypto currency then the advance lecture on crypto currency can then be dish out to them.once they know the basis it will make the teaching in higher institution more easier.

If I still agree because part of the curriculum, teaching crypto currency in high school or university is not a good idea and not a bad idea, because if in my opinion most of their schools teach students about skills and become entrepreneurs for them and  it can also teach income and the basic concepts of crypto are very good ideas but don't teach them.

I think it is a good idea to teach in school and the universities about what is crypto and bitcoin. In this way, the kids or a teenager that goes to school could learn more and gain knowledge and how will they earn money from crypto and bitcoin.

for teaching crypto technology to students at the university I strongly agree and it certainly can help the development of blockchain technology towards greater. while for young children teaching is not necessary, but education may be needed to understand also about technological advances in the future.

I think that is bad idea if we teach about cryptocurrency on kids. Because what i know brain on kids is not really good to accept about complicated thing. They more like learn something where they can play and have a fun.

If you can make the cryptocurrency become fun yeah you can try it.

But for me i prefer teach it on university or young people. Because that people really hungry new thing.

Cryptocurrency is still new in general. So more efficient to learn it on young people.

Bitcoin is future currency and as a future currency everybody should know about bitcoin such as who lead the future economy. I think it's probably best to teach blockchain and the crypto in general.

I think there will be a subject soon in IT books of Blockchain technology. World adopt bitcoin or not they will definitely teach students about block chain technology.

Coinbase recently released its second annual report on the prevalence of blockchain and cryptocurrency classes in universities.

Based on a survey of 745 US students aged 16 and older, the report stated that “twice as many students report having taken a crypto or blockchain course than they did in 2018.”

These are not students who are majoring in the field, but taking a blockchain or cryptocurrency class as an additional course elective while studying for their particular degrees.

According to the report, “nearly 70 percent of crypto and blockchain classes are in departments outside of computer science, including law, the humanities, and economics.”

“56 percent of the world’s top 50 universities now offer at least one course on crypto or blockchain — up from 42 percent in 2018.”

Cornell University offers the most blockchain and cryptocurrency classes, topping the Coinbase 2019 Leaders in Crypto Education list.

For your information; Some countries has started Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Courses on Government level. Where they are allowing people to participate in these courses. This is the subject for this Generation to take care about.

Yes I agree with you. I think we need young people learning about blokchain and importance of decentralization.  I think this is a very good idea when in school, children have been taught about what is crypto currency. But maybe it can't be that easy, there are certainly some countries that still forbit it.

As i think that it should not teach in schools because now every one want a huge money and if it get start and students get familiar to it then no more studies just finding out to earn more and more. Beside that its comes in business and i think its not essential to teach students about it so quickly

Yes it is very necessary to give and share knowledge of crypto and blockchain, i have already introduced dome of my friends about cryptocurency
