We are kind going off topic here but I am really not sure who will win it. Things are very tight now. Well to me the technology is fascinating. We need to have real life application to realize the value of smart contracts. And once we will have the technology adopted to the majority, we will see the currency will be accepted as a by product.

You can have all the written contracts you want, but if the other part don't want to pay or do what is written, how can you push them to do so? Showing them a paper with their signature? Or a digital one? Of course you can sort some paperwork but, it will be reliable only if the parts involved are reliable.
