What is your opinion on coinmarketcap after it was bought by the giant exchange BInance?

Personally, I don't like the changes that the coinmarketcap page has had, it seems that the web is slower and some tools do not work well.

What do you think of one of the largest exchanges in the market buying a website like coinmarketcap?

Do you think they could manipulate data for their own benefit?

I don't actually care who's in charge for coinmarketcap even if it's binance.

 

The fact that all data is present and in good state, there are no downtimes, all currencies are shown with their perfect data as you expect from such website therefore i do not have any kind of issues with it.

 

Coinmarketcap has been just fine since ever even now that is owned by Binance.

Yeah what a bad news, lats only hope the binance s**t, will not use this great web site to manipulate the BNB prices and supply, i'm still remember a tweet from an admin of exchange, who suspect this kind of manipulation in supply by the team of this bad exchange.

I personally have seen that coinmarketcap still generates a lot of trust, it has remained safe and now that it is with binance, I see benefits that it did not have before, for example, the coinmarketcap earn, a pretty good section where you earn tokens directly to your binance account for learning, the same trust generated by binance is generated by coinmarketcap

After joining Binance group CoinMarketCap site was changed a lot, and many new features appeared, but for me now it seems little overloaded and I, who used to everything on CMC, use CoinGecko today, because I think interface there is more minimalistic and it`s better for me

I believe they will work independently after the Binanace bought CMC. We will see some ads and linked services and offers related to Binance but it's marketing strategy.

Like if we need to participate in Earn By learning offers in CMC we need to link binance exchange Id which means they both are doing promotion of each other and it's not bad in my opinion.

And Talking about main thing the data and price, I see no manipulation or bad deeds ina CMC until now in my experience.

I don't think it will be used for that long unless it's legal. coinmarketcap has reached such a position that now all people, including me, have to use it. Until now, I haven't found a similar site. I also think he is loved for the accuracy it provides.

In my own opinion everything is manipulated in this domain specially after the binance was bought the platform but in general it's more trusting than other coinmarketcap, it's a big source of information you can take it like this and about the cap and the volume you can search for each coins in different platforms you can see many different
