This is good for you I hope you can success on it, but you need to know that starting a website exchange or an own coin....etc are not easy or cheap! you need a lot of money to promote them with publicity and free offers.

I think that today it`s very difficult task because you need a lot of investments and marketing skills, because competition among exchanges is too big

If you want to follow some other good exchanges just make equal to them as a base website then go for some unique changes.

 

As from that perspective your investment should be according with it.

An exchange without a community will not be making any profit. So before anything else, think about how to attract people to trade in the exchange.

Well I think creating an exchange much capital is  needed and also it requires a very strong team to work with and also the security of the exchange needs to be very strong, so for all this to be archieved money is needed so I must say it's not an easy task .
