I think you need at least 100 btc to start an exchange. you should make the ann first and then you need to make the white paper. an exchange cant be maintained by one person so you need to hire skilled person.

If you're going to set up your own exchange, you might as well set up a company for it too. Exchanges are regulated no differently than companies. You you would have to raise lots of venture capital for your company so that you will be able to operate and make a profit out of it. And also don't repeat the same mistakes that binance and upbit make that got them hacked.

This is very easy, but what will you benefit from?
If your currency is without value? The owners of large currencies spend thousands of dollars on them in order to take them into circulation and make them negotiable, and not just random.

no need for some free airdrops, not all exchange sites have made their ways through airdrops, but you do not real need money for marketing, users will cover the 90% part of that.

This is not easy and not for one person to start this all you have to be a very competative team with devs and security specialist persons programmers because you are going to do for transer and trade of different coins which is not easy job first of all go and arrange team with this all then talk all in group for work and features which are going to help you and users.
