Now its 2020 but at that time the bitcoin is not more boost up. Now its rate is fluctuating between 9000 USD. But i hope it will goes up 10000 in near future..

I think the Bitcoin stuse in 2020 in Bitcoin halving will happen on May 17, 2020, and after this event, the block reward will be halved again (to 6.25 BTC). Such a reduction will lead to an increase in demand and, accordingly, price. Therefore, 2020 may be better than 2019.

I don't think that anyone can guarantee this. We are observers and investors but we are not able to fortell the future. Perhaps 2020 will just create the conditions for 2021 to begin with a bull run. In some entrance are you are right. First two months of 2020 are gorgeous for crypto market but the month of March are bad dream for crypto market due btc crashed from 10240$ to 3750$.
