You can't even make 50 reacts per day while you  also make 20 posts inthe Forum easily .The reason behind this is that when you suddenly reacts 20 or  30 within a short time i mean juts in 2 or 3 mints.Then the moderators usually don't count those reacts and can cause to banned your account without any warning .Recently my Friend's account also has been blocked due to this reason.

Yes brother . It is very difficult to do 50 reacts a day . Some people just want to do 50 reacts in just 5 to 10 minuts but as you are saying is is not possible for some reason and it may be included in the spam . As you are saying we should give positive reputation to only those person or post who deserves it . We should not react just to complete our daily goal of reacts.

I am trying my very best to complete my 50 rates daily but sometimes it will only pop up a notification that i cannot give any reaction and i wait too long until i cannot complete it, but for me it is okay as long as i can report the posts i find not helpful or spamming the forum.

As a beginner i hadn't know the consequences of reckless ratings but now when i spent my time here i know some good methods of rating the post. You can post reaction after the expiry  of first reaction and that reaction expires in 24 hours. So we should post reaction in some gap. We should not give reactions continuously. First we should read the comment and then we should react it accordingly.

It is very hard to complete 50 reputation daily but I used to give reputation to those people who create topic and comments which are meaningful and useful for me. Giving reputation is a great job because it would motivate other members to increase the qualities of the comments.

I think the best way to give all the 50 reactions is to set your time and give the rates on the basis of that, for example if you give today at 7 am then give the next day at 8 am and so on.

I also find it hard to give the maximum rates per day. I dont just randomly give ratings to posts or topics. I read the post 1st & if I find it deserves a rating, I give it. Sometimes, I just dont have enough time in the day to dedicate so much time to the forum.

Thats great mate. You always came up with my expectations. The double payment system is stopped now. But still we get 1 talk token per rate. I use my ratings throughout the day. I visit this forum 4-5 times a day and everytime i spend about 30 minutes here. So i take my reputation as timewise. And it is not a violation of the rules too.

Personally i don't plan to give reactions both negative and positive reactions, usually when i comment on posts i reaction to thus posts i get interested to, but i find so meany members who violet the forum rules conservatively and i give negative reactions to thus too.
