Is this how we support new members?

Recommended Posts

Hi mate! That is very unfair. They should not have done that to him. There are some users.Who do is the also now.I will say that if you see post. And you didn't like their post so you can pass by that post. Why would you give a negative reaction to them.It discourage them.If you are more better than him then you should make more intresting topic. That would be more good.

I haven't been in Cryptotalk for so long, naturally I agree that we should always try to be kind to newcomers. When they do this sort of general queries, we shouldn't be so discouraging by abusing of negative rates, after all we all were newbies aiming to get to know more information about this crypto world. As the author clearly points out that does not mean we shouldn't keep an eye on those meaningless/spam content that is certainly harmful for the forum.

Hey mate, thanks for your information, yes we must support new member in this forum like giving good advice or not to give negative reaction to her post. If any newbie do post a useless content we must give warning so that they can rectify her problem.

I was a beginner before and I really don't know things about this platform, I know that its hard for the newbies here to be familiarized here in this forum especially if there would be no one who will help them, so as the member of this forum I want to help other people to get familiar here, even though he replied unrelated post to my content, I am still willing to help him about the forum.

We should help each other especially all the newbies of the forum. Let us just understand them about the things they don't know here and let them help with things they want to know.

Companion site of this great community I am with you and your way of responding to this issue we agree that we have to help each other to become the most powerful cryptocurrency community
Good luck and great misfortune for the entire community
A big greeting

Yah bro i completely agree with you. Just as you are saying as the new member asked . I even don't know what is crypto . But i waited for it and asked the questions from my fallows who are also members of crypto and who are my seniors . Now i have basic information about it . And i support your point of view  . We should not cretisize that person if he don't know anything . We should show support him and tell him and try to solve his problem . Respect for your post brother

Yes, basically!  The main reason is learning, some people can’t read the post and can’t follow the rules.  If they put the post on the forum they will gain negative reputation.  And in fact we should follow the instructions, rules and principles about cryptocurrency in this forum

I agree with you, that we need to be less strict to people who have less than 20 posts, but there is a particular section on the forum with cryptotalk rules and description, so anyone, even that guy, who has never been here, can understand what's going on and how to behave here.

You are right brother. If a new member came on this forum to learn we have to help him and tell him that how to work on this forum. Guide him with the rules and regulations of the cryptotalk site. When we came on this forum we don,t know anything about that work. Support the new members and make a good and big members community on this forum.

I think it is a great topic how to support a new member..in the sense I would like to say that first of all we have to write a positive content in the topics and all the rules and regulation of the forum.. because if you right positive at the time of reading of beginners it will make the mind of business positive so write positive be positive

I do comprehend where you are coming from and saying that we should be useful to new individuals  this will assist them with perusing the standards before they start and there will be no any reasons on the off chance that they will rehash their errors toward the start  that we should be less exacting to individuals who have under 20 posts, yet there is a specific segment on the discussion with crypto talk rules

When i was replying a topic, i saw this unfair thing so i decide to post it so that we can discuss it together. There is a newbie known as @amnen he/she replied in the same topic that i was replying and asked "what is cryptotalk" but very sadly he received more than 15 negative reactions after asking that! Now here is my point for creating this topic, we always say we should support new members and we can see this is a brand new member (0-20 posts) but instead of supporting him we gave him warning points! We know writing a post with less than 100 characters is violating the forum rules but at least we could give those warning points if he was a newbie (21-100 posts)! But this member only has two posts and he asked that question so that anyone can explain deeply to him about this forum. I know not all members will agree with me, but regularly we see new topics about promoting this forum so we can get new members and help this forum to grow more than here, but if we will rush in giving negative reactions to new members like that, we will make them quit and give bad reviews for our forum! We should give them a chance, it was just a matter of explaining cryptotalk to him and maybe with some message to tell him rules of posts! We can use negative reactions to scammers, bad posts, meaningless, etc... but not to new members who need support to understand the forum! Only one member supported him by explaining cryptotalk to him as he asked!... @Moontong

Dear @Calvinpriva you are right.

Instead of giving the negative remarks to the newbie we must try to help them by telling them the rules of the forum.

And I want to tell you about my self when I joined this forum I don't nothing about the rules of the forum. But I only know that we must post of a 100 letter.

And other things I learn by the seniors of the forum who are kind like you.

Am I right?

If agree give me heart.

You are right we should never demotivate our new members with negative comments or opinions. They are new to this forum and are learning about this platform as much as we used to when we joined this forum.

I think sometimes we are too hard on new members and it becomes very tough as you can tell and sometimes its important we are able to level out some of this cases we need to really follow some of this structures that work for us and put together everything in perspective we need to work and put the right effort that we can be able to build capacity on that is very important

Of course you are right @riazpakistani explaining to them about the rules of the forum when they are new is better than giving them a negative reaction. Giving a negative reaction to a member who has less than 20 posts is bad, for me. Because a member can understand this forum and its rules when they reach at least the first 100 posts.

Absolutely nothing is hidden on this platform because every rules and regulations are written clearly for a lay man to read before writing any thing here understand what is ask of you, remember you reply 100 post which is broken down to 20 per day, secondly  not to copy ones work.

I was once a beginner. I agree that instead of giving him/them warning points. Let's explain to them the wrong things they did especially short comments. If we will explain it to them, they can learn from it and I believe that they will not do it again because we already helped them.

New traders also need to be very careful to avoid making mistakes because you look around there is a lot of work to be done that is far much important than you can imagine there is a lot of good issues that one can be able to change while working in this place so to me lets put up a  strategy to handle new commers , you can warn them directly that can be very effective.

That is rubbish and completely nonsense, at times we should leave newbies alone and let  moderators do their work. So far they do not spam or plagiarize. I remember I was so unhappy to see negative reaction. Let us stop such attitude.

I agree everybody starts with no knowledge on what they will be doing. thats why this forum created. to Help, Learn, Get advice from the expert. you dont have to be rude with newbies. Even us we don't know everything so please be kind and help. It cost nothing to be kind.

right brother @Calvinpriva..In my opinion, we will never give a negative rating to new members whose posts are below 20 posts.  Because they are new then and they have a lot to learn.  However, they must abide by the rules of the forum.  If they post according to the rules of the forum then they must be able to post good quality.

As a beginners it is very hard to manage your language to post. Newbies are paying such a great heed to know tha rules and regulations of posting. Hence it is a great plateform once u trained then u are going to be a part of every forum .

sure this very vital that we need to create post which the newbie can easily understand about the website online . due to the fact a new member doesn't recognise a way to work in this web page, in which fashion the put up to be added.  and following the regulations and earn cash for.
