Indeed, I read this post and I felt sorry for this member because there are those who are stalking him and obeying his reputation -5 always, this is really bad and unethical to mix personal matters with professional matters, if you have a problem with this member and his posts are good then it is a shame to give him a bad reputation , I think he should file a complaint with the moderators to investigate the story.

Yes.  Basically I agree with this point.  My friend, I have already created a subject out of respect for the people who are slowly gaining a reputation for accomplishing everyday tasks.  Some people misuse grammar rather than lose reputation.

I have already face this problem many tomes people are not fair with each other specially if they that you have more posts than her they really jealous I think, and give you a bad reputation and report you for nothing and if you have many people like that you will get many warning points, but any we should keep working and forget about it

This is really unjust and unnecessary, as all members must know the meaning of reputations and make good use of them.
Positive reputation: helps motivate members to continue working and doing their best.
Negative reputation: helps the member to understand where he was wrong and, if he was wrong, to improve.
We have to be fair so that others are also fair to us and remember that we are all here to help each other and not get in the way.

I think you are correct to say this in your post and I completely back you here. It is not nice to see this and I have seen some posts that had -5 for absolutely no reason and even written from expert members and not someone that was new and could have copy pasted their reply or post.

The power of giving rating is actually terrifying as it could threaten the people who really make a good content out of their posts. This would make you compare your creativity towards people who do not receive this kind of rating to their post in the same topic of the section of the forum. I would say that the additional possibility is that the user who rates it hated the response of the user who posted. I actually managed to get this kind of experience as I am about to explore more this forum. This kind of things are actually hard to avoid since we know that we are not all professionals as there are people who have different motifs of joining this forum.

There are many people who give a negative reputation on good posts, I don’t know the reason, but in my opinion, I think the forum’s management should monitor reputable posts and punish those who put bad reviews on a good post and vice versa
