cryptotalk What sanctions do we impose to users selling their cryptotalk account?

Yes my mate, it is wrong to sell CryptoTalk account to others. If the buyer is ignorant and do not knew the rules then how can he work here. There are high possibilities he post unethical or waste posts that is similar to a spam post. In this regard, I don't think that this forum can sanctions some restrictions on such members. Thus forum only ban those IDs that acts as spammers. To be brief, it is really a cheap kind of activity. Please be serious with your work and with this forum too.

I don't think there is a rule for that in the forum, but it could not be allowed so I am not going to suggest this to anybody. You can start your account and in little time you will reach higher rankings. It takes a few months but we are ranking up. In bitcointalk I have read that selling of accounts was allowed. But there has been members given red trust for this reason, so it is a little strange and communities have higher power in this. While I am against account trading and selling, it could become a thing in this forum too, if bounties become very active.

Its a not good idea to sell your crypto account. Its mean you sell your email also and it may in wrong use. So be alert from such type of risk. It must banned your account also.

It's not a good idea to sell our cryptotalk accounts to anyone out there because it's in our details for example our emails that are connected to our crypto accounts so what if the person buying is a scammer it means we will be exposed to danger and I don't advise any one from here to buy or sell their accounts it's wrong and not safe.

Knowing those who are selling their cryptotalk account is actually very difficult,  because it's not like they can be able to change their gmail or password,  so the only thing I would suggest to the admin is to find a way of recognising those kind of account, but if unfortunately,  someone is caught selling his account,  then  his balance should be seized.

Hello, though to my understanding, it would be really difficult to know exactly which account has been sold, because the buyers don't change name nor style of posting, but that been said, if by luck someone is caught, then they should be made to work for a month without getting pay for it, if they can do it good, if not they should be banned.

Selling the crypto account can be good for seller but not for buyer. Because the one selling it's account won't be included. But the buyer will be involved and using that account may be inappropriate for it. And moreover I don't know any of the sanctions which should be done to avoid account selling.

First of all I think that selling accounts is wrong. Anyone buying or selling is irresponsible and any such account should probably be banned from the forum, or being put under strict observation. It will be very confusing to others that read posts from one person and suddenly find out it is someone else controlling this account and that it was sold. Then again, this is up to the forum and how they plan to move in cases like this.

Now, I wanted to speak why I think this is important, and why I understand completely the author of this post. I have checked the forum and there have been a few good bounties with signature campaigns that actually paid well the participants. For the higher ranks the payments were also higher, meaning that accounts that have reached a rank above full member can be considered having some value.

Although lately I haven't seen a signature campaign and this pities me. I think that most of the upcoming crypto projects, DeFi, platforms, websites and gambling apps and sites, are making a mistake to forget Cryptotalk and focus only in bitcointalk. Many members of Cryptotalk have made quite a lot of profits in 2020 and while most of us are not big whales as some in bitcointalk that they target, they should find this niche forum that could actually help their business.

I have seen that in the past a signature for Paxful was running and I am sure it helped this exchange reach to thousands of new members. I was expecting that crypto projects wouldn't want to skip on big opportunities, as in bitcointalk the visibility of a signature campaign for some projects will be very lower, rather than adding the same signature campaign in Cryptotalk.

As you said, it is very difficult for us to detect whether an account has been sold or not. Change IP address, change language, change opinion with crypto ... - anything can happen to 1 person in crypto world. We also can't ask members to do KYC every week ^^
I think the best way is: encourage forum members: if you sell your account, ask for a very high price 🙂

Yes, I've also seen people sell Cryptotalk accounts in Telegram. I reported their profile right away but I don't think it will do the trick. If the number is large, it is very difficult to remove the fraudster from the campaign.

I do not think it is possible to know who sold his account, but these are considered frauds, so a method must be found to prevent these violations.

It is totally feasible for someone to sell your cryptotalk account since you only have to give the email address to the buyer and you will have full account management. The problem is that there is no method to determine who exactly has sold your account so it is very difficult to penalize any account for being sold.

Selling of account is actually not encouraging at all because is against the rules but if such kind of user is in position of doing that then he should be reported to the admin because we all don't know what that account is going to be used for here in these forum which is why we must prevent such kind of act in the forum.

I am not understanding your content. What are you talking about. Have you said that the ranked person are the scammers here? How can be someone who have gotten the high rank and do the spam. If I am thinking wrong, please tell me what does it mean?
