You are right that but it doesn't means that the new members are scammers. Maybe that don't know about the rules and regulations of the forum and it should be that they have limited information about the forum so that they can't share useful content on that forum. We should help these newcommers and guide them perfectly. The moderators should give them a chance so that they would get a lot of information about the forum and they will share useful content on this forum.

It is very good idea that there should be improvement in the content if the forum. That is good point that we should have to write the sentences grammatically correct and we have learn about the correct grammar. Whether the English is mother tongue or not we should learn about it's grammar and write good posts about the forum in the correct grammar.

I think it is good that we would not publish the same topics. We should have to learn about the topics before publishing the new topic. So we have to careful. In this way the topic is same but in different languages.
