The most popular topics are in the beginners section, because they have easy words and information
A lot can learn through it, comment and discuss with it, so it becomes common topics that many do not know anything about coding, so they should be easy to understand and simple topics.

Yes, the topics should be useful, interesting and full of information, or the topics should be of interest to everyone. For example, at the present time, Bitcoin analyzes topics I think are the best topics that people can discuss and exchange opinions about. Also topics of the impact of the rise of Bitcoin on the world of digital currencies and whether Bitcoin will make currencies bleed and collapse more
