I suppose people should publish their sincere views about specific topic that they agree on or at the topics that they dont. I personally if do not like a positive subject matter i write and explicit my perspectives on that.

Actually its right to correct someone especially if found wrong in any information but to criticize with hash words or with curse is highly prohibited in the forum according to the rules and regulations guiding the site. We should not just agree with any topic posted without verifying if its true or not.

I am a newbie and I was advised not to criticise in any topic. Everybody told me to agree with the topic but there is no fun in doing that. 

What I do is I always raise my concerns and share my opinion on that topic and I always avoid debates and criticising contents. Is it bad to criticise? Will I get banned if I raise my concerns?

Well it's good to criticize any topic you feel you are not contented with. You don't just have to agree with topics that doesn't make any much sense. Before you agree to a topic, the topic most contain the standard requirements that a topic suppose to have before you agree to it. Thanks for the observation

Of course we can criticize if there are topics that don't match what we think, even though people's opinions differ and are not prohibited by the forum as long as they comply with the rules. We must actively criticize topics that are inappropriate or provide misinformation.

Instead of criticising, why not influencing or urging?

Despite criticism being it a hurtful and abuseful decision to take or give to member, sometimes it do appear to be the only solution as some members are seldomly not sincere and straightforward with their posts or topics.

You can criticise any topics which you feel is not alright or that goes against the cryptotalk rules and regulations. You can also use negative reactions for post that are meaningless to cryptotalk users.

We can criticize any topic if it does not match the facts, the topic has different opinions, or the topic is wrong. In order to provide the best topic for a forum, criticism is required. So don't be angry if any of your topics have been criticized or given a negative reputation.

I think of course we can criticize if we find some posts wrong or not worthy. Criticize is not bad actually. If someone is doing wrong in a unconscious mind they can be conscious through criticize. But of course we can't hurt anyone by criticizing we can only criticize anyone for their betterment. So i think criticize is good but only in a good way not for hurting someone.

Criticizing is normal because you have different opinions and perceptions of the given topic but you have to approach it in a good way, do not be al ruse of giving criticism, correct them with good words that wouldn't hurt their feelings.

Well, in my opinion, I think that the best think to do is to give the topics that it really deserves high reputations but for those that do not deserve we should talk with their writers to tell them our opinion in order to help them to improve the quality of the posts that they are writing in order to keep the forums here useful for all members and to be able to share knowledge with others.

Yes we can criticise but positive not negative you can write in your opinion on that topic otherwise you can show your criticise in the form of negative reacts, and your post should be positive way because the third person will be criticise you in negative way.
