Do you have any Bad experience with any exchange?

I don't have any bad experience when doing some exchanges or when depositing funds to my account but exchange feeis little high for some coins، also Its not a problem for me but it maybe affects the exchange rate of some tokens

In fact this makes a person angry. Any business really need a good customer support. For example: If anyone is with godaddy or namecheap then they will understand what I am talking about. Those people will not leave you unless they are able to solver the issue you have.

Always, A+ in my opinion. I hope the exchanges also practice this culture.

I have a terrible experience with coinexchange and I am happy the exchange is closing down. Mysterious disappearance of coins in your wallet, loosing money to pump and dump guys in troll box, excessive transaction fees. Unlike Yobit, thereis no investbox or freebies on coinexchange. If you are not very careful and circumspect on coinexchange, you can loose all your holdings in weeks

Coinexchange.io is not a stable place to do the trade because it crashed a lot when i used this,
Hitbtc.com did a shady thing many times and until now everything is unresolved,also they charged a lot when i tried to withdraw my money or coin from those exchange  i do advise friends to avoid it in any cost.

Maybe they need to reach the daily volume required of an exchange or some project targeting to be listed in Coinmarketcap!

You can easily detect a fake volume if you will just watch the trade happening on that coins

By mistake i registered at binance for BNB. I deposited some amount for BNB investement. I made the good profit in that time but the problem in end that i need all the money because i had to pay for new plot and i tried to withdraw money But sms not received. So what happen? deal was not successful and someone bought that plot. This was profitable deal for me because the seller need some urgent money thats why he sold to someone else. This is the most bad experience with Binance.

I think I had a bad experience 3 years ago, I withdraw Doge from Cex, and I didn't get any Doge. Although I sent a ticket and email for support, the problem was not resolved. And I no longer use it.

Well personally I never faced any problem with any exchange maybe I was lucky or I was being careful. Although I have encountered some scams like some cloud mining site which were acting like exchange Service.I cannot say they were completely exchange but they tried anyway I have lost some Fortune on them. Other than that I never wasted any of my fortune on any of exchange.

Well that actually true for a lot of exchanges. There are no live support and such. The only way is sending them a ticket which is time consuming.

It was really suspicious at least some of the acts they have done such as locking the withdrawal after the reopening but you were able to deposit.

Have you given then the correct number or it was something wrong with their system? If the 2nd one is true then it seems the wrong doing was in your end rather then in their end.

@bitcoworld the customer service is outstanding and namecheap has the same.

Yeah the number was correct and it just not happen with me many users or members are facing this issue sometimes. But may be problem at destination but if their is problem it should even receive when its fix. But if we study telecommunication then we will find if their is high key load then some key phrase or OTP may be not able to disbursed and goes in space. 

Example of receiver issue is like in this case, i tried to add payee in my netbanking but OTP not received but after 5,6 minutes it comes it means the Network have no problem just receiver take some time to capture key. 

in both cases there is concept of online checkout. Like if i'm thailand user and making a online payment via credit card to a US website then transaction will first capture then it takes 7-14 days to arrive in destination but if it fails it will in space and immediately refund on first node.

And it could be this reason in deed. I think it did not have much to do with Binance in this case. However you had to face the lose of course.

Bad experience is also an experience. I was a user of Cryptopia. She was hacked. I have no big losses there. Also on Tradesatoshi I was blocked and told to go through KYC. I did not pass Also lost there. This again shows how dangerous crypto exchanges are. We all risk holding money on the  exchanges

But it really is not the exchanges to be blamed. I think it's the pressure they feel from the authority. If Russian authority puts pressure on Yobit then we may see them to their clients to ask for it. So, be prepared besides once an exchange is reputed then I do not think giving them your details is that much risky. I have done the same with Binance and some other reputed exchanges.

I think this is how the reputed exchanges goes. I remember with poloniex we used to have a minimum cap. I think Binance and kucoin has the same. Max 2 btc to withdraw without verification.

I understand that it really become hard when someone from a country where crypto is not legal. I hope someday we will have freedom to use crypto.

I had/have "problem" with just one exchange and that is whole "problem" with Cryptopia.

I write about this in this topic and share details about that "problem".

But one thing I learn, that never hold all your coins on any exchange, "not your keys, not your wallet".

Send on exchange only coins which you want to trade.

I once had an unpleasant experience on HitBTC, at that time I had to change my bitcoin address because the bitcoin wallet regenerated so that the address changed, after I changed my bitcoin address, I wanted to make a withdrawal, but unfortunately, I was banned 2x24 hours and they were not accept any complaints.

You mean you were banned for 2 days?

With HiBTC I think in recent time there are a lot of complains and not sure what is going on there.  If you were about to withdraw your fund then you are lucky indeed, it was just the small delay.
